Alicia is the COO of EQ World Pte Ltd. As a Senior Facilitator and Coach, she is licensed to conduct the following certifications: EQ Practitioner, Enneagram Practitioner, Enneagram Coach and Enneagram Advanced Practitioner. She is an internationally accredited Enneagram Professional with the International Enneagram Association (IEA), and has attained the full Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

Alicia channels her deep passion for the Enneagram and Emotional Intelligence into guiding individuals towards a more intentional, authentic, and fulfilling life. As a Cambridge-certified CELTA instructor, she spent a decade teaching English and effective communication in culturally diverse settings across Germany, Canada, and the UAE. Furthermore, as a teacher-trained Pilates instructor, she integrates mindful movement into her practice, offering a holistic approach that addresses her clients’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Before transitioning to a career in education, she held prominent roles in sales, marketing and customer management at leading organisations such as Singapore Airlines, IBM, and Panalpina. While living in Vancouver, she was an active volunteer with Look Good Feel Better, a non-profit organisation, where she conducted workshops for women with cancer.
