Alicia is a certified Enneagram and EQ Facilitator and Coach. She channels her passion for the Enneagram and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) into guiding individuals towards a more empowered, authentic, and fulfilling life. As a Cambridge-certified CELTA instructor, she spent over a decade teaching English in Germany, Canada, and the UAE, emphasizing effective communication and fostering an understanding of diverse perspectives.

Before her career in education, Alicia held noteworthy sales, marketing and customer management roles at esteemed companies such as Singapore Airlines, IBM, and Panalpina. With a commitment to lifelong learning, she achieved the full Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and pursued teacher training as a Pilates instructor. She seamlessly integrates her expertise in mindful movement with the Enneagram, adopting a holistic approach to address the mental, emotional, and physical needs of her clients.

As the Sales and Marketing Director of EQ World, Alicia leads creative and strategic marketing initiatives in alignment with the company’s vision to instigate positive change. During her time in Vancouver, she was an active volunteer with Look Good Feel Better, a non-profit organisation, where she conducted workshops for women with cancer.
